A blend of Grenache and Syrah, this wine is often referred to as “Baby Chateauneuf du Pape”. With Flavours and aromas of herbs, pepper, raspberry and blueberry fruit, it is no wonder why it matches so beautifully to our Steelhead Trout and organic pork dishes. Glass $12
Doña Paula, Los Cardos Malbec

Los Cardos literally means thistle, however this wine is anything but uncomfortable! Bright, fresh and juicy, loaded with ripe red fruit flavours in a solid frame. Pair this to rich game or a great big juicy steak! Glass $8
Springfield Estates, FireFinch Ripe Red

The second label from this estate, this is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Ruby Cabernet, and is full of ripe berry fruit flavours bound by a sound structure. From The Robertson, South Africa

A great Grand Vin De Bourgogne from a great producer. Give this wine time to open up and you will be rewarded with chocolate and blackberries, cherry pie, ripe red raspberry, and supple tannins. A beautiful Pinot Noir!

From Our Favorite Zinfandel producer comes this classic, flavours and aromas of wildberry and plum with peppery spices on a well rounded frame. Chef’s favorite wine is Zinfandel, so to keep him happy I brought in the best!

How far has the Canadian wine industry has come? Taste this! From the banks of Lake Ontario in the Niagara peninsula, this wine is full bodied, mildly sweet and decidedly Alsatian in style. Spicy foods and sharp cheeses pair well to the floral nose, lychee nut and tropical fruit flavours as the long spicy finish takes you for a ride.
