Domaine Du Pégau, Plan Pégau		60
	A blend of Grenache and Syrah, this wine is often referred to as “Baby Chateauneuf du Pape”. With Flavours and aromas of herbs, pepper, raspberry and blueberry fruit, it is no wonder why it matches so beautifully to our Steelhead Trout and organic pork dishes. Glass $12
Doña Paula, Los Cardos Malbec		40
	Los Cardos literally means thistle, however this wine is anything but uncomfortable! Bright, fresh and juicy, loaded with ripe red fruit flavours in a solid frame. Pair this to rich game or a great big juicy steak! Glass $8
Springfield Estates, FireFinch Ripe Red		60
	The second label from this estate, this is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Ruby Cabernet, and is full of ripe berry fruit flavours bound by a sound structure. From The Robertson, South Africa
Wolf Blass, Gold Label Cabernet Sauvignon		53
	Rich and complex bursting with flavours of currant, plum, cocoa and mint, the tannins have softened and the wine is drinking very well right now. Enjoy this with grilled red meat. Glass $10
Mitolo, Jester Shiraz		65
	Absolutely packed with flavour! Super fresh and juicy, loaded with blackberry and cherry fruit rounding out the anise, pepper spice and full on chocolate finish… that never does! Glass $12
Domaine Rodet Chateau Rully, Pinot Noir		70
	A great Grand Vin De Bourgogne from a great producer. Give this wine time to open up and you will be rewarded with chocolate and blackberries, cherry pie, ripe red raspberry, and supple tannins. A beautiful Pinot Noir!

Seven Sinners "The RANSOM" Syrah		68
	Exploding with aromas of blackberry and licorice, the palate follows with rich black raspberry, hints of pepper and sweet tobacco leaf. Dense and powerful! Go for it, you can always go to confessional in the mourning!
Green & Red Vineyards Zinfandel		65
	From Our Favorite Zinfandel producer comes this classic, flavours and aromas of wildberry and plum with peppery spices on a well rounded frame. Chef’s favorite wine is Zinfandel, so to keep him happy I brought in the best!
GraEagle Red Wing, Bordeaux Blend		85
	Grapes sourced from throughout the Columbia Valley, in Washington are blended to create a most amazing wine that works well with rich meat dishes. Flavours of Dark chocolate, cassis, black Cherry and hints of Plum and Oak explode on the palate.
The Willows Vineyard, Barossa Shiraz		90
	The 2004 has arrived!!! Parker gives it a 94pt rating, I give it 1 OH MAN! This one is deep, rich and complex, everything I wish I was…. Black berry fruit, solid structure, and the classic hint of mint and chocolate. Considered the best ever from this wine making family.

	“Nobel” varietals, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, and merlot are fermented separately aged in small oak barriques then brought together for this fantabulously light and fruity wine…from fish to filet mignon it just works.
Sumac Ridge Black Sage Vineyard Merlot		55
	Harry McWatters has been a leader in the Canadian wine industry for 30+ years and most of the improvements we have seen over the years bear his mark. This merlot is a great example of the kind of deep, rich and intense wines our country is capable of making. Look for massive ripe fruit and anise flavours. Glass $11
N’K Mip Cellars Qwam Qwmt Meritage		75
	Sourced from 30 year old vines, this wine erupts with blackberry and blueberry fruit laid upon layers of cocoa and coffee. The finish is never-ending with refreshing acidity keeping the almost overwhelmingly full body in check. Three cheers for Wine-Maker Randy Picton!

FireFinch, Sauvignon Blanc		52
	South Africa’s Western Cape is famous for brilliant, fresh, fruity sauvignon blanc, and this one does not disappoint! It is absolutely loaded with gooseberry and passion fruit flavours on a long mineral finish. Glass $10
Alamos, Chardonnay		40
	Mendoza, Argentina has built a reputation for producing consistently high value wines for the everyday. Soft and Smokey stone fruit flavours, wrapped in a rich butter cream finish that would be ideal with rich pasta or grilled chicken. Glass $8

	A classic Riesling nose of petrol and lime zest with lemon lime citrus flavours playing out on the palate finishing with clean crisp acidity. Consistently one of the best from the Eden and Clare valleys in South Australia. Try spicy food! Glass $8

Konzelman, Late Harvest Gewurztraminer		60
	How far has the Canadian wine industry has come? Taste this! From the banks of Lake Ontario in the Niagara peninsula, this wine is full bodied, mildly sweet and decidedly Alsatian in style. Spicy foods and sharp cheeses pair well to the floral nose, lychee nut and tropical fruit flavours as the long spicy finish takes you for a ride.

	It was believed by the pharaoh’s that after being buried in their pyramid they would ascend to heaven and take their place among the gods… now I don’t know about that, this is just really great wine. Off- dry with stunning apricot/peach fruit flavours, its the PERFECT wine for spicy foods! Glass $12
Cave Spring Estate Riesling		75
	Wow!!! Intense lemon/lime citrus fruit coupled with classic mineral and laser like acidity. This is a shining example of Canadian Riesling. Wine Maker Angelo Pavan continues to raise the wine making bar.
Light Whites These wines are all absolutely fabulous and all are very typical of what you should expect from the style.
Terras Gauda, Albariño		65
	This beauty from the O Rosal sub region in Rías Biaxas, along Spain’s northwest coast exhibits intense lemon sherbet fruit, mouth-watering acidity finishing with a creamy mouth feel… Try this with fish or spicy foods Glass $13
Beni Di Batasiolo, Moscato D’Asti		65
	Deliciously sweet and seductively rich with effervescent, fresh fruit flavours, of ripe peach and sugar dipped apples. This wine is Perfect for dessert or as an aperitif. Glass $12
St Urbans Hof, M.S.R. Riesling		55
	From the village Okfen in the Mosel Saar Ruwer wine growing region in Germany, this is one of the finest value wines out there. Its lemon/lime fresh fruit sweetness with hints of peach is extremely good as a starter wine or paired to spicy food. Glass $11

	Surprise!! This vintage offers all the great classic flavours and styles of past vintages with a fantastic streak of acidity that really keeps it fresh. Look for toasty smoky vanilla cream wrapped in full ripe apple, pear and melon fruit. Super sexy!

	The Alsace region in northern France, nestled between the Rhine River and the Vosges mountains is home to some of the most exceptional whites in the world. This is a powerful and round wine, rich and full bodied with complex flavours. With its long finish it often advantageously replaces a red wine with white meats and game. Glass $12
